Choice Beef Jerky was founded by Carol O'Brien in Perth, Western Australia in 2003. Carol takes the role of Production Supervisor of Choice Beef Jerky to ensure the high standard and quality of Choice Beef Jerky is maintained and also in the role of Sales and Marketing of Choice Beef Jerky.
